When cattle rustler Ross Lambert (Edmund MacDonald) doubles shipping rates, Roy Rogers (Roy Rogers) gallops into action, recruiting riverboat owner Colonel Popen (Walter Catlett) while dodging bullets and battling bandits beneath a thundering waterfall. Mary Lou (Ruth Terry) finds herself lassoed into danger when Lambert's henchmen snatch her away, but our singing cowboy hero swoops in for a daring rescue that sends the villains sailing straight to the jailhouse!
